Refund Policy

At Haylee Guiver Photography, we are dedicated to providing an empowering and unforgettable experience. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Booking Fees & Deposits

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date. This covers administrative costs, studio reservations, and preparation for your session.

• If you need to reschedule, your booking fee may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability) if at least 7 days’ notice is provided.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session may receive a refund excluding the non-refundable booking fee.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the session will not be eligible for a refund due to the time and resources already allocated.

• Photographer Cancellations:

• If Haylee Guiver Photography needs to cancel for any reason, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund, including the booking fee.

3. Digital & Printed Products

• All sales of digital images, prints, and albums are final. Due to the custom nature of photography, refunds are not available once products have been purchased and delivered.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., a faulty album or print), we will replace it at no additional cost.

4. Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once without penalty if at least 7 days’ notice is provided. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

• Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. Refunds will not be issued for missed time.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

• We are committed to delivering high-quality images that reflect your beauty and confidence. However, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with personal appearance, styling, or posing choices.

• If there is a technical issue with the images, a reshoot may be offered at no extra charge.
