At Haylee Guiver, we take great care in packaging and delivering your orders, whether they’re boudoir photography products, handcrafted pottery, or other handmade items. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand the process and what to expect.
1. Processing & Production Times
• Photography Products: Custom prints, albums, and other photography items require 2-4 weeks for processing and production before shipping.
• Pottery & Handmade Items: As all pieces are handcrafted, production times vary. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If it is made to order, please allow 2-5 weeks for production and shipping.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—please contact us before placing your order if you need expedited processing.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping (Australia): Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping (Australia): Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days after dispatch (additional cost applies).
• International Shipping: Available for select locations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
• Free standard shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount—check current promotions for details.
4. Tracking & Delivery
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Broken Items
• We take great care in packaging fragile items such as pottery and photography prints. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• If your package is lost in transit, please notify us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
6. International Orders & Customs
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
• International delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.
